ABSTRACTION

Agencies Immigration Office is a government agency engaged in the ministry. These agencies provide services for all levels of society, services rendered to the public agency can not be separated from the use of assets into a resource agencies that support business process instances. The process of recording and counting is done at the institution is still using manual systems, ranging from data collection process goods that exist in the company, to preparing reports addressed to the head office. To support the care and improvement of existing processes in Kntor Immigration Agency, the authors propose to use the computerized system. This system is proposed in order to overcome the problems or obstacles – obstacles often encountered in the current system, such as the process of data collection and reporting items that take a long time. By utilizing the proposed system appropriately, may be further simplify and speed up existing activities in the Office of Immigration Agencies Pangkalpinang
