ABSTRACT
SMA Negeri 1 Belinyu is one of the public schools in the province of Bangka Belitung. The school
has achieved many accomplishments in the field of academic or non-academic. So many parents
who want their children to attend the school.
On SMA Negeri 1 Belinyu reporting employee salaries are still manual. Data civil servants and
salaries are still made in the data. Its difficult to get complete data, and the data processing is
computerized but not yet effective. Therefore, it is necessary in designing an information system
involving employee payroll employee payroll issues to provide computerized information and
speed up the process of work and searching data.
Information is one of the system’s needs within an institution, company, organization, institutions
and environments that are outside the system. Information considered important due to the lack of
information can increase knowledge, reduce uncertainty and risk of failure and can assist leaders
in making effective and efficient decisions.
