Abstrak
The airline is a public facility that is expected can give an optimal service to the society. With the information technology, the business process at a company can be done quickly and efficiently. All this time, PT Garuda Indonesia Branch Office Pangkalpinang already doing the implementation of management information system.
This research aims to evaluate the information technology management, that had been running on the company by using COBIT 4.0 framework with domain focus on PO (Plan and organize), AI (Acquire and Implement), DS (Delivery and Support), and ME (Monitor and Evaluate). Cobit is a framework that should be used by a company together with other resources to establish a general standard form of the guide on the specific environment.
This research requires data that obtained by observation, interviews, questionnaires, and literature. Questionnaire data is processed and be calculated, to obtain the level of maturity of the company’s information technology. The results of the data analysis that had been done by authors showed that the level of maturity in the information system of PT Garuda Indonesia ticket sales Branch Office Pangkalpinang was on an average level 2.9802. At this level, the company already had mechanisms and procedures about the process management of information technology investment and had been communicated and well socialized with all levels of management in the organization.
