Swarna Nusa Sentosa then does development in the information technology management, but the mentioned not yet thoroughly at comprehend to company, how does manner apply IT Governance good. Maturity level IT Governance in information system at PT. Swarna Nusa Sentosa by using Framework COBIT 4.0 with focus in domain PO (plan and organise), AI (acquire and implement), DS (delivery and support), and ME (monitor and evaluate). COBIT (control objective for information and related technology) version 4.0 be standard model IT Governance that gets acknowledgement widely and at publicize by ISACA (information sytem audit and control association).from data result that done by author is found that maturity level (maturity level) evaluation towards information system management exist in PT. Swarna Nusa Sentosa, present in level 3 (define), where in level this company has mechanism and good procedures and clear hit information technology investment customs and manners and communication and socialized well in all company management series.
