Abstrak
CV Asia Surya Perkasa is a company engaged in selling motorcycle brand of Honda. It is also a partner of PT Astra Honda Motor which is the largest Honda motorcycle manufacturer in Indonesia. One of it is flagship programs is for every purchase of Honda motorcycles, the customers will get free services as much as four times with the terms and conditions contained in periodic maintenance card. The validation process servicing claims data service of periodic maintenance card in CV Asia Surya Perkasa up to now is still done manually. So that, the error rate on claims data is quite high, as the data in soft copy is not accordance with the existing data on the physical card, as well as data cards intemperate claims provision of regular maintenance, which led to many claims data are rejected or not even paid by PT Astra Honda Motor. To overcome these problems, needed a computerized data validation system, in order to the claims process service fees of periodic maintenance card in CV Asia Surya Perkasa become more optimal. In solving the problems faced by author in analyzing the running system, the author using UML (Unified Modeling Language) diagrams. The UML diagrams are used such as activity diagrams, use case diagrams, and use case description. While design the system, the author use the Entity Relationship Diagram (ERD), Transforming ERD into Logical Record Structure, Logical Record Structure (LRS), table (relationship) and database specification.
