ABSTRAK
Wireless hardware that is used to support the activities of the service to the community is currently growing rapidly with many variations both of domestic and of Foreign Affairs. Because it’s so many criteria – the criteria that can be used as the basis for the selection of wireless hardware that is most suitable to be applied in the banking environment, in particular on PT. BPRS Bangka Belitung. To select this wireless hardware with a three-level criteria. As for the level 1 criteria i.e. technology, services and regions, level 2 consists of 13 criteria criteria obtained from the advantages specific to the wireless hardware, namely, signals, heat-resistant, security, completeness, flexibility, operator services, maintenance, price, warranty, building construction, electrical, building of topology, and weather. As for the level 3 there are three alternatives are Linksys, D-Link, and TP-Link. In choosing this wireless hardware authors using Analytical Hierarchy Process (AHP) and the tool uses Expert Choice 2000. The election results produced a Linksys wireless hardware as the most reliable to use compared to D-LINK and the TP-LINK. Linksys reliability level achieved 37,2%. And the most influential factors in the process of this election is a factor technology totaled 53.2%.
