Abstraks
This is research to give information special incentive (Remuneration) which is given to employee based on level, working period, achievement dan working condition. The amount of Remuneration for one job is counted to the working condition of every employee in doing their task and job as civil servant to the attendancy and working hours, also an application of employee discipline to support their main duty. The purpose of this research is to find out the seal data so we can reveal the weak nesses from old system then, we can fix it by a new system. Analysis which is used to build this new system by using method object oriented. By dealing with a new software UML (Unified Modelling Language), direct observation and interview. From the result of analysis and writer’s planning, it is very needed one system which already computerized by the fix rules one and prochedures inside so it is able to give an authentic information about employee’s job with is supprted by specific hardware and software. The conclusion that generally can be taken from this research is information system for giving the Remuneration to the employee on their job task based on the computerization. Can improve the employee’s work much better interm of do their duty. And responsibility so the attendancy level can be higher and office task can be done more discipline and loyality.
