ABSTRACT
The purpose of study was to determine and understand the conditions of the implemention of IT governance that goes to PT. Pelabuhan Indonesia II, to evaluate and understand the performance of IT maturity with Pelabuhan Indonesia II using Cobit approachas as a guide, as well as to understand and evaluate the general controls and application controls.
This is qualitative study using interviews and observations to asses the processes of the 4 domains contained in the standart-based Cobit 4.1 Maturity Level.
Overall IT Governance in PT. pelabuhan Indonesia II has also been quite good but still need to do some improvements to make it more effective and more efficient in its implementation.
