Abstrak
In Law. 1 of 1974 chapter one stated that marriage is a bond between the inner and outer man with one woman as husband and wife with the intention of forming a family (household) are happy and eternal by Belief in Gold Almight. Then to achieve the purpose of marriage to provide legal certainly to the parties concerned, then formed the institution of marriage. For citizens of Muslim marriage settlement executed by the Office of Religious Affairs (KUA) District, While for non- Muslims conducted by the Office of Civil Registration. The process of recording archiving is done at KUA Pangkalanbaru district until today still manual. Therefore, frequent mistakes in carrying out the processes of recording marriages. Among frequent errors in recording data bride, parent, guardian of marriage and the witnesses at the marriage registration process. Errors in the recording process into marriage certificate, charter suscatin, marriage certificate and receipts monthly reporting not using a computerized system so that the recording process to be slow and ineffective. Based on the above, we ned a computerized system to support performance KUA officials to be more accurate, effective and efficient. As well as to reduce the space for storage / filing cabinet.
