Abstrak
Kace Village Head Office is the once office lacated in the village of Kace. This often happens in the administration office correspondence. Administrative process correspondence Village Head Office Kace began with citizens coming directly to the Office of the Village Head Kace desired to be made a letter to the General Kaur.
Correspondence administrative process is still done manually. Therefore, often there is a delay or error in carrying out the processes of
data processing. Among the correspondence is not computerized administration allowing missing data and safety data is less reliable and difficult to seacrh if a current resident of data required.
The author uses the method Unifed Modeling Language (UML) in this thesis, we need system of correspondence in the form of database administration fatherly store and maintain data security. By utiliziting this database is right, and good, then data storage will be safe and computerized data search and citizens will be easier.
