Abstrak
Hotel is one of the factors supporting tourism. In management, the hotel must be responsive to changes in the environment. Similarly, the Hotel Santika Bangka which is one of the five star hotels in farts. Where the Hotel Santika Bangka continue to develop the quality of information systems services. But there are some things that have not been understood by the company on how well information technology management.In order to assess the maturity level of IT governance in the information system at the Hotel Santika Bangka using COBIT Framework 4.0 with a focus on the domain PO (Plan and Orgonise) consisting of PO1, PO3, PO5, PO7, PO9, PO10. AI (Acquire and Implement) consisting of AI1, AI2, AI5, AI6. DS (Delivery and Support) consists of DS1, DS4, DS5, DS7, DS10, DS11 and ME (Monitor and Evaluate) consists of ME1. case studies in Hotel Santika Bangka. COBIT (Control Objectives for Information and Related Technology) version 4.0 is a standard model of IT governance are gaining widespread recognition and published by ISACA (Information Sytem Audit and Control Association).For this research, researcher using data analysis techniques with the observation, interviews, library research, and distribute questionnaires to some respondents. From calculating the questionnaires data that has been answered by the respondents, maturity level of the information technology governance of Hotel Santika Bangka Company determined. From the result of the data that has been conducted, the researcher found that maturity level from the assessment of information systems in Hotel Santika Bangka is on average level of maturity 2.664. At this level the company has procedures and mechanisms are well and clear about the management of information technology and has communicated and well socialized at all of company’s management levels and also it has recognize business requirements on information technology strategic planning, monitoring strategy planning by making the right decisions, and measure the level of effectiveness.
