Abstraksi
Demography is the science dealing with the collection techniques, investigate, record and process data population consisting of data processing birth, death data processing, transfer processing and the coming of the population. Data processing is a resident of the main activities undertaken by the village, where the population data processing must be done quickly, precisely and accurately. But in fact, today there are many government agencies are still doing it manually demographic data processing that causes some problems such as the slow pace of service to the community, a lack of accuracy in making a monthly report that will be submitted to the district. Therefore, it needs a system administration information in a data processing correspondence population that can assist in the processing of demographic data, and is able to bridge the demographic data reporting process of the village to the district so as to accelerate the process of service to the community and affect the optimization of work processes at village and sub-district officials. This information system is built by using a stage that consists of the stages of analysis, design using UML to design a functional model and Entity Relationship Diagram to describe the data model, the programming language coding using Vb.Net 2008 and Ms.Access database. With the construction of this system to simplify the process in the village administrative correspondence Pasirgaram and simplify the process of reporting to the district level
