Abstraksi
School is one form of organization in which there are teaching and learning activities under the responsibility of the school principal as a whole can not be monitored in the absence of proper organization. Along with the advancement of science and technology, computers have been used for a variety of purposes and interests. Computers become a very important part to support activities as well as work in all respects. In educational activities was necessary to have a computerized system to facilitate the activities of teachers or related parts in pengentrian data. In the process of assessment of students at SMP N 3 Air Gegas still using manual systems. Due to still use manual systems, then the value of the existing data is often a problem for teachers and teacher’s homeroom teacher, because the teachers have to repeatedly enter the data values that so many students are forced teacher educators have to work twice in paint of the data value, as well as the homeroom teacher must wait for the data values for each student who has been recorded by the teachers of the students’ report cards charging
