Abstrak
Integrated license service office Pangkalpinang is a shelter under the region of Pangkalpinang in the field of license service . All reports reported by hardcopy and if necessary must first look for the pile of archive with other areas. With this situation it is necessary strategies to overcome it. The researchers then developed a personnel information system on this department become more computerized. Staffing system aims to create a data processing system – staffing data. The research methodology used is the observation, interviews and documentacion direct writing and literature studies which obtain data and information from books related to the problem under study. The system was created using the software Microsoft Visual Basic 6.0 and Microsoft Ofice Access. With the personnel information system, the civil service would be easier to get the desired employee data and also facilitate the planning part in analyzing employee data to conduct a strategy that will come. Be expected to provide convenience to its users in data processing so that it can more efficiently and effectively.
