ABSTRACT
Supervision is an element of leadership in the High Prosecutor General of Bangka Belitung who has the duty and authority to carry out the planning and supervision of all internal financial and performance elements of a good Attorney at District Attorney, Attorney General and Local District Attorney in the area of law the High Prosecutor General of Bangka Belitung, and conduct surveillance for a particular purpose for employing senior executives in accordance with the provisions of the legislation. Supervision is led by Supervisory Assistant who is responsible to the Chief Prosecutor’s Office. Handling complaints is a form of control that serves as a follow up to the irregularities / misconduct committed by employees of the High Prosecutor General of Bangka Belitung. Complaint handling process in the field of Supervision starting from data collection, clarification, inspection cases, and reports. The process of recording, data storage and report generation is done in the field of supervision until today still manual. Therefore, frequent mistakes in carrying out the processes of data processing complaints handling. Among frequent errors in recording the data reported, the reporting of data, delays in follow up reports of complaints or the complaints handling felt too long, and the absence of a computerized system that makes the process of complaints handling to be slow, ineffective and inefficient. To overcome these problems, we need an information system that is well suited to support the complaint handling process in the field of High Prosecutor General Supervision of Bangka Belitung, so as to solve the problems or constraints on systems running today. By utilizing the proposed information system, the possibility of functional supervision of the handling of the complaint to be more effective and efficient.
