Abstrak
Lembaga Penjaminan Mutu Pendidikan (LPMP) is a technical implementation unit in the circle of the Ministry and Culture which is located in the Office Complex and Integrated Settlement The Government of Bangka Belitung province on jalan Pulau Bangka Air Itam. Currently, the archiving system of correspondance at LPMP the province of Bangka Belitung archipelago in Sub Devision General Affairs and Household Management still uses a manual method starting from the reception, manufacture and storage becauseit has not had a database system in it. In the data processing of correspondence itself still has several shortcomings including : the processing of data collection or recording of incoming and outgoing mail is still using the agenda book or ledger that could be lost or damaged. The system for keeping archives of letters is still using bindex and shelves, so that the letters can be stacked and scattered. It takes a long time in the search process of correspondence required. That why, having been made an analysis and design of information systems of correspondence filling at Lembaga Penjaminan Mutu Pendidikan Bangka Belitung archipelago with object-oriented methodology. Information systems of correspondence filling will display some information about the data collection, management of incoming mails, outgoing mails and making reports. In such a system will be designed database using UML, design of interactive interface, and the pattern of interaction between officers with the system. By making the information systems of correspondence filling at LPMP the province of Bangka Belitung archipelago, so it expected to assist and make easy for the employees in improving the quality and quantity of information system o correspondence filling and improve the quality of services more effectively and efficiently.
