Abstract
Along of information technology development, information systems will not only improve the quality and speed of information, but with the right information technology can create an information system that is capable of improving the integration of information and operations in all fields, one of them in the field of education. SD Negeri 64 Pangkalpinang is one elementary school that also emphasize information technology in the processing of academic data, but in fact during this academic data processing still use the old way of manually, which affects the long time of required for data processing of students, teachers, subjects, class divisions, schedules, attendance, and grades of students. The process of input and data storage is manually can allow data loss and difficulties in the process of data search. In addition, in the process of making the student report often delays and errors. The result in the processing of academic data in SD Negeri 64 Pangkalpinang be slow and disordered. It is expected that a computerized system of academic information, can be used as a way to overcome the problems by the manual system and computerized system that can improve the performance of the party responsible in the processing of academic data.
