Abstrak
The office of Air Mesu Timur Village is a government agency that serves the processing of residence for the public administration. The many of data and information that must be processed is not effective if done in a way that manual. Activities carried out in the office of Air Mesu Timur village can be said is still manual, this is because the population census, the manufacture of the form family card, ID card KTP-el, the birth certificate, the death certificate, residents moved certificate, residents come certificate, heir certificate, a good conduct certificate, certificate can not afford, domicile certificate, the business license and certificate of residence is not computerized report generation. And the lack of database for the storage of the population data, so that data processing is not effective. The system information population data processing needs to be designed to the address the problem in the population administration services in the Air Mesu Timur Village. The respect this research makes the designed of the proposed system in the form of database design, interface design, draft proposal document, the interaction of information between the new system and the actors in the system. The population information system of computerized data processing expected population administration services in the Air Mesu Timur Village will be easier to do, fast, accurate, and there is no difficulty in population data collection, and making the reports becomes easier and can save time.
