Abstract

This study was conducted to provide information services and improve performance in the areas of archiving management to be more effective, fast, accurate and efficient and minimizes errors that arise in the handling of archiving in an office environment SATPOL PP Pangkalpinang.The purpose of this study was to obtain actual data so that it can be found weaknesses – weaknesses in the old system, then repaired using the new system. The analysis used in building the new system is using the method of object-oriented software tools – software UML (Unified Modeling Language), direct observation, and interviews to the relevant parties.From the analysis and design that has been made is the computerized system so that in the handling of archiving can be done with both archiving and distribution in accordance with the rules and procedures applicable to the office SATPOL PP Pangkalpinang.
Kata Kunci : UML (Unified Modeling Language), OOD (object- Oriented Design ), OMT ( Object Modelling Technique ), dan OOSE ( Object- Oriented Software Engineering ).
