Research authors on SMPN 7 Pangkalpinang on students’ academic process is still using manual systems, began the process of recording student data, teacher data, class data and attendance data, a list of values to manufacture legger report cards and reports, so that the weaknesses and takes considerable time long in the presentation of the information required by the school. To the authors tried to cope with academic exercise control over the system by means of computerized academic system to save time and costs.
With the computerized information system, the academic process at SMP Negeri 7 Pangkalpinang regarding student data, teacher, until the making of report cards and reports legger slow insurmountable. Thus the activities related to student data, report generation and decision making can work well to improve the quality of the good produced.
