ABSTRACT
New Semabung headman’s office is a government agency which serves the manufacturing process for the community population administration. The amount of data and information that must be processed is no longer effective if done using manual methods. Activities carried out at the office of headman New Semabung arguably still manual, this is because the population census, family card form-making, manufacture of Form E-ID card, and so on are still written by hand. And there is no computerized system to perform data processing for Population and the lack of a database as a data storage medium population. With Population Data Processing Information Systems are expected computerized population administration services in New Semabng Village Head Office will be easier, faster, more accurate, and there is no difficulty in conducting population census, as well as no difficulty in making the other population administration. And in making reports easier and can save time. The author’s intent in this paper is expected to help New Semabung Village Head Office in improving the existing system with harapanpengolahan and presentation of information on population administration, which is still done manually can be made easier with the design of a computerized information system.
