Abstrak
The Cleanliness and Fire Official of Pangkalpinang City have a basic task bring about partially affairs of Cleanliness and fire. One of unit job in the Cleanliness and fire official of Pangkalpinang City is a part officialdom like a collection of employee, absent, official leave periodic pay raises, advancement in rank, the retired of employee. At this situation, officialdom data processing system which implemented in the cleanliness and fire official of Pangkalpinang City still using Microsoft Word and Microsoft Excel making it less effective in officialdom data processing and that action resulted the data is still stored in the archive storage area so it takes quite a long time in a search of data. To overcome this problem, it takes a information system of data processing oficialdom in the Cleanness and Fire Official Pangkalpinang City to be able help the performance of employee more efficient in a part officialdom to carrying out their duites and speed up the officialdom in the search data is anytime required.
