Abstrak
English learning in children has been widely applied in schools, but there are still many children who are less interested in learning English. Parents usually give special English lessons in the form of a course, but the cost is not insignificant to follow the course. Moreover, English lessons are still less attractive to some children. This causes still many children who can not speak and write English. Many users are more interested in using mobile because a lot of interesting applications and can be taken anywhere. In particular, mobile phones with the Android operating system which gives permission to develop applications that can run on the Android operating system. The purpose of this paper is to produce concrete results in the form of theory and applications that can entertain and provide benefits to children in kindergarten Nurul Huda Village Warehouse. To design this application, the author uses as research methods, analysis of the current system at the school followed by a stage of application design. Based on the above, the authors take advantage of the technological developments by making the Basic English Language Learning application that makes children more easily learn English Elementary.
