ABSTRAKSI
Geographic information systems as one field of science that is growing rapidly, is now able to complete routing problems, both to the problem of finding the shortest route, and layout problems be it an office building mosques, schools etc. Geographic information system has been developed into a good GIS applications based desktop and web-based in various fields, such as GIS for spatial planning office buildings, GIS for agriculture, commerce, and others. However, there has been little development of GIS applications capable of solving problems routing (routing) on a geographical map, this is possible because there are still at least a reference on the issue of routing to geographical maps. In this thesis will be built GIS applications to locate the offices of PT. Timah Tbk, so that later systems this application can help employees and guests to know the place you are looking towards. Information Systems Applications Office Locations Mining and Regional Production Unit PT Timah (Persero) Tbk Based WebGIS made with the system function of Google Maps which is then customized.
