ABSTRACT
Information is a vital necessity in a company where good and whether the information held, accurate, fast and precise effect on the activity or the performance of the office, including target-setting process of work and employee performance evaluation conducted by Bank Sumsel Babel Branch Toboali. Research writing in Bank Sumsel Babel Branch Toboali on employment target setting and performance assessment of employees are still using manual systems, so often give rise to the disadvantage of the lack of clarity and lack of enthusiasm with employees in pursuit of the target results that have been granted because the existing process is still not open. To the authors try to cope with exercise control over information systems target setting and performance assessment of employees working in a way to computerize the information systems so that employees and superiors is easier to get information about their obligations in pursuit of a target and determine the extent to which their success in getting the results of those targets. Hopefully with a computerized information system, the process of target setting and performance assessment work conducted by the Bank Sumsel Babel Branch Toboali employees can work well to improve the quality of the output.
