Abstrak
PT. Columbia is one of the largest retail company in Indonesia that the company is growing fast from the beginning until now in the sale of household goods and electronics and so on credit or cash and continuously strive to improve the service to the consumer in terms of quality of the goods sold and continue to maintain good relationships with their customers by improving the quality of companies from various sides such as the use of information technology itself in terms of sales as well as improve the quality of its employees. And for its branch office in Bangka addressed at Jl. Major Syafrie Rahman. In dealing with the processing of employee information on PT. Columbia branch of Bangka had been using a local internet-based system koumputerisasi based in a head office, branch office just received the results of time just making it less efficient. This has led to the delay in the process of making a fast and accurate reports to be given to the leadership of the company. Based on the above, we need an accurate computerized system for branch offices, to support the development and improvement of business data processing employees at PT. Columbia branch of Bangka. The system is proposed in order to overcome the problems or obstacles that are often encountered in the current system. By utilizing the proposed system correctly, the possibility of supervision or control of the data processing employees become more effective and efficient in terms of time.
