Abstrak
Recruitment process done through three stages of the selection process is administrative selection, psychological selection and medical test selection. Every end of the month created recruitment report for submission to the director. Administration of the recruitment process conducted at the company is still using manual system, from administrative process, psychological test, medical test, applicants who pass the adwission, recruitmen document archives, until making a report is addressed to the leadership. This is the cause of the difficully on making a reports and accurate report to be given to the leading cpmpanies. Statements made recruitment is often inaccurate. It is due to frequent loss of any document recruitment. Based on the problem above, we need a system which is computerized and accurate to support business growth. The system is propoced in order to welcome. The problems are abstadis that are often enconntened in the current manual system. by using system that propoced correctly, the possibility of supervison or control over of the new employes recruitment process became more effective and efficient.
