Abstrak
Hotel Bumi Asih Pangkalpinang is one of stars hotels in Pangkalpinang city with three stars hotel statues and facilities. Operationed since july 2003, which is engaged in the service, one of the hotels managed by PT. Puri Insanasih Jakarta castle which became part of a group of companies, which has the motto of hotels “stay once stay forever”. The process of check in check out at Hotel Bumi Asih Pangkalpinang, in the case at the front office in the reception to stay until now, some are still manual and are still using the computeritation system, the weakness of his computer problem occurs frequently, it is necessary in the new system in order to make easier the process of work. The computeritation sytem processes in the process check in check out still are manuals, such as the reservation of the room, the registration process and orthers. Thus the existence of the new system in order to facilitate the work of the officers of the front office. To resolve the issue, then in need of a new computerized system that corresponds with the meaning can provide quick and accurate service to better support the needs and quality satisfying service to guests and officials, so that it can resolve the problems or obstacles in the system that is operationing.
