Abstractions
BPJS (Social Security Administering Agency) Employment is a public program that provides protection for workers to address certain socioeconomic risks and implementation mechanisms of social insurance. The writing is done to assess the application of information technology governance in the management information system, which is already running at BPJS using COBIT framework 4.0 with a focus on domain PO, AI, DS, dan ME. COBIT version 4.0 a standard model of IT governance are gaining wide prominence and published by ISACA. From the results of the data that has been done can be found that the level of maturity assessment of the the existing management information system in BPJS Employment, at the level of 3 (Define), The level at which the company has been at the expected level of maturity. The service and quality of service already has a standard process, defined, and documented well and adapted to the system design application that formed in the operational environment as well as training held regularly to improve service. It can be concluded that the governance of information technology in today’s BPJS Employment already at a pretty good position with reference to the framework 15 COBIT 4.0.
