Abstrak
The rapid development of information technology in the last decade great influace on various aspects of life in the world in general and indonesia in particular. Particulary the offices that have access to large data processing, because data processing is no lenger possible to use the manual methode because of less effective and efficient. Likewise with Kantor Camat Namang Bangka Tengahthet still use simple application like excel faster which in a sense less. To make it in a personnel information system that can facilitate the performance of the Kantor Kecamatan Namang Bangka Tengah. Whit the use of information system, made possible the automation of work and service functions to achievie good service as required, including the automation in the handling of civil service system, especially in Kantor Camat Namang Bangka Tengah. Then produced an information system that in easy, exciting, interactive, fast, easy, and rewarding job.
