Abstraksi
Demography is the science dealing with the techniques of collecting, investigating, recording and processing of data population consisting of data processing births, deaths data processing, transfer and processing of resident arrivals. Data processing is a resident of the main activities undertaken by the village, where the conduct of population data processing must be done quickly, precisely and accurately. But in fact, today there are many government agencies are still doing it manually demographic data processing that causes some problems such as the slow pace of service to the community, lack of accuracy in making a monthly report that will be submitted to the district. Therefore, it needs a population of data processing information systems that can assist in the processing of demographic data, and is able to bridge the demographic data reporting process of the village to the district so as to accelerate the process of service to the community and influences the optimization process of employees working in the district government. This information system is built by using the stage that consists of the stages of analysis, design using UML to design a functional model and Entity Relationship Diagram to describe the data model, the programming language coding using Vb.Net 2008 and Ms.Access database. With the construction of this system can facilitate the process of data processing at the village residents and simplify the reporting process to the district level.
