Abstrak
Advances in information technology today has changed the human in completing all course work but in the aspect of human life, such as when searching.
Department of Youth and Sports Bangka Belitung Islands is an agency that has an important role to improve the athletes reliable in Bangka Belitung province in order to compete with other provinces. At the agency, the authors conducted an analysis of the local budget accountability file archiving. Where the system is running on the Department of Youth and Sports, especially in the field of sports is still done manually. Therefore, sometimes frequent loss of budget accountability file that causes the missing file should be regenerated. To overcome these problems we need a new computerized information system. And for this thesis the author takes the title of “ANALYSIS AND DESIGN OF LIABILITY INFORMATION SYSTEM BUDGET Budgets archiving FILES ON YOUTH AND SPORTS DEPARTMENT Bangka Belitung Islands”.
Records management system plays an important role for running an organization that is as a source of information and as an organizational memory center that can be useful for materials assessment, decision-making, or preparation of the development program of the organization concerned. Implementation archives well and properly, in addition to the assets of an organization, it is also useful as a decision-making government and private organizations, because the records / documents orderly and correct decisions can be made quickly and accurately. The implementation is a good archival management can minimize errors that will be taken by the government and private sector organizations through the availability of the information presented properly. The purpose of this study was to determine the application file system archiving Budget Responsibility Budgets In the Department of Youth and Sports Bangka Belitung Islands, especially of Sports.
The author implemented using Microsoft Visual Basic 2008 and using Microsoft Acess database. The author hopes that the analysis and design of information systems file archiving local budget accountability at the Department of Youth and Sports of Bangka Belitung, the related government departments can assist in overcoming the problems that often occur.
