Abstract
The Bangka Belitung Family Planning Agency (BKKBN) is a government agency that the existing focusing problems and in order not to deviate from the subject, so in this thesis boundary problem will be discussed is accountability reporting process of treasurer. Problems encountered is data processing activities are still done manually which raises a variety of problems like delay in making the report, data storage unfavorable result occurs waste of time in the grouping of data, less assurance of accuracy of data and possibility of recording errors in service. Authors use the UML method in analyzing the object-oriented system like use case diagram, activity diagram and sequence diagram. Authors use the ERD and LRS in designing the system. Authors use the Microsoft Office Visio 2007 for display screen design and Authors use the Microsoft Office Access 2007. The purpose of this thesis is The Bangka Belitung Family Planning Agency (BKKBN) can improve the existing system, expected data processing and presentation of information manually created design can be facilitated by a computerized system. Computerized system is expected to support achieving the target like ease in providing quality transactions, provide the required manajmen, time efficiency in treasurer’s service delivery reporting, informative document output, improve the effectiveness of data processing in order to produce a complete and updated information and improve the quality of services to those in need.
