Abstract
This study was conducted to provide information services and improve performance in the field of administrative management and archiving to be more effective, rapid, accurate and efficient and minimize errors arising in handing the administration and archiving on environment Perwakilan Badan Kependudukan dan keluarga Berencana Nasional (BKKBN) Province of Kepulauan Bangka Belitung The purpose of this study is to obtain the actual data so it can be found weaknesses in the old system, and corrected by using a new system, analysis used in building the new system is to use object oriented methods with tools UML (Unified Modeling Language) softwares, direct observation and interviews to related parties Analysis results and design which has been made is the need for a computerized system that the administration and archiving can be done with either and distribusion of correspondence in accordance with the rules and procedures that apply to Perwakilan Badan Kependudukan dan keluarga Berencana Nasional (BKKBN) Province of Kepulauan Bangka Belitung.
