Abstrak
Utilization of information technology in the day office activities is increasing. Now also has a lot of developed technology that allows SMS Gateway to receive information via sms. Elementary School District 20 Pangkalpinang still convey information manually so the information needed by the student trustee is sometimes late. With the problems encountered on the submission of the State Primary School 20 Pangkalpinang want to build applications based SMS Gateway Student Administration. . Sms-Based Application Development Gateway Administration is using Netbeatns, gammu and as its database using MySQL on XAMPP. The design of this gateway sms using Use Case for this model strongly supports the object-oriented programming language. Student Administration application based sms gateway is expected to provide timely information services.
