Abstract
The development of information and communication technologies in everyday life would be devastating for the community. Starting from communication technology then made an application based SMS Gateway customer service at Plasa Telkom Pangkalpinang which aims to provide easy access to information in an easy, fast, and cheap.The methods used are observation, interviews, literature study, analysis of the system in which the authors analyze the system analysis of existing systems, system design, coding, compiler, testing and implementation of the program. With this application, customers can facilitate the use of telecommunications services to request and to find out information about the phone bill, bill speedy, area code information so that it becomes easier and faster in getting or delivering information whenever and wherever while still connected to the network cell so that the customer does not need to come to Plasa Telkom. This application is also very helpful in giving the agency the information automatically to all customers without notification information through oral and brochures circular so the cost is cheaper.
