Abstract
Information and communication technology is growing rapidly in life marked by the ease and speed of the flow of information from one community to another. One of communication services such as SMS (Short Message Service) that has a concept of text-based information delivery and has several advantages such as ease of use and low cost. With these considerations made an application service quality improvement BPJS Employment participants based SMS gateway in the Bangka Belitung which aims to provide easy access to information updated easily, cheaply and quickly. This application is a communication tool that bridges the participants with BPJS Employment.
