ABSTRACT
Jelutung village is a government agency that serves the process of making the administration of residence for the community. The amount of data and information that must be processed is no longer effective if it is done by using manual means.
The Activities are carried out in the village of Jelutung is arguably still manual, this is because the population census, form manufacture Family Card, manufacture KTP-E form, and so forth are still written by hand. And there is no computerized system to perform data processing for Population and the lack of a database as a data storage medium population.
The Information Systems of Population Data Processing should be designed to overcome the problems in the service of the population administration in the Jelutung Village. In this regard, this study makes the design of the proposed system in the form of database design, interface design, draft proposal document, as well as information about the interaction between the new system and the actors in it.
With Information Systems of Population Data Processing that computerized are expected the population administration services in the village of Jelutung will be easier, faster, more accurate, and there is no difficulty in conducting population census, as well as no difficulty in making the other population administration. And in making the report becomes easier and can save time.
