ABSTRAKS
This study was conducted to provide information about the process of settlement of divorce cases, especially divorce sue the Religious Court Sungailiat. The system is still manual and not computerized make many administrative problems found in it. Archiving and waste of time become a point of weakness of the process of resolving the case in this study. To that end, the authors conducted a study with data collection methods, which is obtained from various sources, be it interviews, observation and literature. In addition, the authors also analyze and design the proposed system using a variety of tools, activities and phases. One is with software tools Unified Modeling Language (UML). With continued research design of this system, obtained by the need for the actual system. Various improvements of existing systems today, becoming the author’s proposal for the design and development of new systems. The system requires a sequence of procedures associated with other procedures, so that the flow of the process of the settlement of divorce cases in court Sungailiat Religion is to be clear and easy to follow by the public litigants. And finally obtained a useful output. The conclusion that can be drawn from these results is that the Divorce Case Information System Administration of Religious Court Sungailiat Based Desktop should be computerized for ease and improved public services. From the research that has been done, it is suggested to the Islamic Court Sungailiat start and continue to develop this information system by utilizing capital, equipment and human resources that are reliable.
