ABCTRACT
At the present time has a lot of schools that have been widely used E-Learning to support the learning process, especially on the subjects of Information and Communication Technology (ICT). Utilization of E-Learning in the learning already started even though not yet thoroughly and underused well. Whereas if the E- Learning used properly can be used directly to convey information to students and provide training to test the students’ ability to learn if the teacher can not be present during the learning. With the E-Learning material provided by the teacher can be accessed more easily, anytime and anywhere.
Moodle is a web-based application system that is useful as a medium for distance learning or e-learning. This application allows students to enter into the digital classroom to access material – learning materials. By using Moodle, we can create learning materials, quizzes, electronic journals and other – other
The formulation of this research is to know how to use E-leraning applications to improve the quality of learning, in terms of the development of an intranet website to support data input, learning, teachers, students and learning resources that support the use of E-Learning. And to know the various considerations underlying the utilization of E-learning, obstacles in the utilization of E-Learning, as well as efforts to increase the use of E-Learning in improving the quality of learning in ICT subjects. This research method using data collection, analysis, design and implementation.
Based on the research conducted, the use of E-learnig to improve the quality of learning by building an intranet system to support data input website at SMK Negeri 3 Pangkalpinang has been good, where the application is used to convey information to students have contents very complete and learning resources are adequate , Consideration of the development of E-Learning at SMK Negeri 3 Pangkalpinang

However, in the implementation of each school must have encountered obstacles experienced include the use of E-Learning is still not completely in the near future will be held disseminate to teachers and students about the importance of ICT to improve the quality of learning, as well as power outages learning can not be implemented and should followed by face-to-face in the classroom. Expectations of the future development of this intranet system will synchronize with the online website of SMK Negeri 3 Pangkalpinang so it can be accessed anywhere and anytime, making learning in SMK Negeri 3 Pangkalpinang capable of improving the efficiency and effectiveness.
