Abstract
Geographic Information System is an information system that is used to enter, store, recall, process, analyze and output geographically referenced data or geospatial, to support decision making in the planning. In this thesis I will make a Geographic Information System (GIS) web-based Geographic Information System for mapping permanent garbage bins facility provided by the Department of Hygiene and Fire Pangkalpinang. Here will be found some analyzes and visualization in a web form that can be used as an evaluation for the Department of Hygiene and Fire Pangkalpinang. From the information obtained will be expected to provide information about roads and points of permanent garbage bins location based queries are entered. By using GIS, is expected to be easier for decision makers to determine the mapping of the locations of existing permanent garbage bins provided by the Department of Hygiene and Fire Pangkalpinang.
