Abstrak
KONI which stands for the general elections commission is the nation institute organizer of general election in Indonesia. The recent KONI chairman is Husni Kamil. The existence of KONI for the time being is the 4th KONI since its first establishment in the reformation era, 1998. In terms of logistics, the distribution system of ballot boxes and ballot papers in Bangka Belitung general elections commission has neither gone smoothly nor computerized yet. It still runs manually. In line with those logistical problems, has also led to the late logistical preparation for conducting general elections in Bangka Belitung province. In order to improve the capacity, quality and quantity of its service, performance to the election participants who use their voting rights for the legislative election, the writer then proposes “An Analysis and Design of the information system on the ballot boxes and ballot papers distribution in the field of Bangka Belitung Province KONI logistics by orienting in the object methodology”. By applying computer technology and analytical method well, the problems encountered dealing with the the ballot boxes and ballot papers distribution can be solved.
