Abstract
Elementary School (SD) is an educational institution on the basis of formal education in Indonesia. Thus requiring special attention because it is associated with the early development of children. The current education system is done directly (face to face) between teachers and students, in addition to the use of instructional media (books) sometimes make students feel bored. We need a better learning tool that can support the procces student education. It will be made the basis of learning media for students in grade I SD is simple and attractive by using a technology based smartphone (smart phone) android. System development methodology used is using waterfall system development method which includes Planning, Analysis, Design and implementation. The software needed to create this application is the Eclipse. We make learning mobile application base for the first grade primary school students based on Android is expected to make students more easily and enthusiasm in learning, because this application will be installed on smart phones with a more attractive appearance.
